How do you define happiness. I think Happiness is when you laugh from your whole body not just mouth or lips. When such stage comes? When you are in harmony with mind body and soul. It means Living life to the fullest-A Healthy mind body and soul That’s what we going to talk here.

Routines/lifestyle help to glue good habits together. Basic health routines help to live a long healthy life. Start your day at least 2 hours before you start your work. Get up early, always start your day with a big smile and gratitude followed by lukewarm glass of water, exercise/yoga, to-do list (plan your day), healthy breakfast, a nice good day wish to kids/family and then start your work. Try not to indulge in your phone during your ME time. Do your job with whole heartedly even if you do not like it. If you do not like your work, plan for how and what you want to work but while doing so you must be honest and grateful for your current job/work. Keep drinking water throughout the day. Add multivitamins and teas (white,moringa,habiscus etc.) in your daily routine and avoid alcohol. Once you get free from your work than get connected with your friends and family. One of books I read recently named Ikigai clearly mentioned that spending quality time with friends and family is also one of cause of long healthy life. Keep aside sometime for meditation. Dinner should be 3 hours before your bedtime and that beauty sleep of 8 hours will make you call your day well spent.
